[Woodcarver] Ring making

This has nothing to do with carving but thinking one of you have the answer.

There is a way of making rings out of coins--
                                                                    I know 
it is started by taping around the coin until it spreads out and becomes 
wider and smaller around
but I never learned how the center was taken care of--   Does anyone know 
how I can get the information on making rings out of coins?
