Hi Merrilee
   Thank you Thank you

Lately, I've had to put aside the making off dolls because of the
press of several other things. I have promised to make a doll of a
little girl (age about 9) who will be a true beauty when she grows up.
I have her head nearly finished but due to hurricane Isobel, Sept 2003,
I have not been able to make the body. It takes about a month of
painstaking work to make the body to get everything to work together
the way it is supposed to. We moved to North Carolina from about 60
miles south of the Canadian border in upstate NY and have found the
transition to a laksidaisical work ethic to be a real trial. By our
standards there is not work ethic here at all. So the damage that was
done by the hurricane, is basically up to me to repair working by
myself and at 76 that is no longer so easy.

In any case -- Thank you. If you wish to chat one on one, I won't
mind at all.

Happiness is a tall boat and breeze to fill her sails
Have a good day
