Hi Mike;
That "hang over" mouse, goes by several names , "shelf mouse", "summer 
mouse", although I don't know why it's called "summer mouse" unless the guy 
who drew it did it in the summer.
Anyway it's on Old Joe's web site under beginner patterns I think, it 
originally came from a pattern in  Ted Kona's column in Chip Chats many 
moons ago, Ted's passed away some time ago,  our loss.
