For skin tones in acrylics,  I use Parchment with a bit of raw  sienna  and a 
smidge of yellow ocher thrown in.  I don't measure  anything but I would 
imagine 12:1:1/2   would come close.   Although I will use different shades of 
this same mixture for different areas of  the face.  Having primarily a painters 
background and priding myself on  being able to match or create any color I 
want, My best painting advice is to  never use any color  straight from the tube 
or bottle.  Always mix it,  even slightly, with some other color that is used 
elsewhere on the  carving.  This method seems to bring a bit of harmony to 
the colors and  prevents the garishness that has diminished many a fine carving.
