[Woodcarver] Double beveled chisels..as recommended by Chris Pye

I personally do put a very short bevel on the back of my chisels.  I  don't 
know why I started doing this but it seems to allow me to get them sharper  
which in turn cuts the wood more cleanly.  I am just beginning to play  around 
with grinding new angles on my chisels and gouges, had to wait till I had  more 
confidence in my sharpening skills.
