Cindy and I are really getting excited about this trip. In a way I wish it was just the two of us,but there are two other couples going (good friends, but closer to my wife) so I don't know if we will get a chance to go our own way...I hope so. I know it is going to be wonderful though.

  heh there Bill---have you got a great treat waiting for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!---my wife and I just got back from an Alaska cruise and stopped at Juneau--Skagway-Ketchikan---we did contact Steve Lankerd out of Ketchikan who is an awesome scrimshaw artisan--we also visited norman Jackson on Lower Creek str. in Ketchikan---a very worthwhile visit and meet his new Japanese wife---Norm is  an aboriginal carver of the Bear clan and a very fine carver---his "E"is Norman at Norman Jackson.com----for Steve it is scrimshaw at aptalaska.net---if I can help you with any other issue send me an"E"---warm regards and happy tripping---Hugh(skincarp)
