Yes, Steve, definately the SP35/Full Spectrum over the "Warm White" or "Cool
White".

What you're looking for is a lamp (bulb) with a high 'Color Temperature' and
a high
'Color Retention Index'. The SP35/Full Spectrum lamp will give you 5000º and
a
CRI of 90. The 'Cool White' is only 4000º with a CRI of 70.

If in doubt, the next time you're at the Mall, go to a Lighting Store. Pick
their brains & find
out which lamps give the highest temperature & the highest CRI.

Also, the older you get the more light you need.
