Hi Maricha,  You probably need to clear your internet temp  files.  If you 
are running windows, on your start menu click on MY  COMPUTER, right click on 
your main drive, select properties,  On the  properties page select disk 
cleanup.  let it run, only takes a minute or  two.  Then restart and all should be 
fine.      
If all else fails and you can get chapter 8 to come up, go to the  bottom of 
the page and there should be a small link to chapter 9, that should  work.  
Let me know if you can read it.  Of course I would like your  opinion on this 
chapter.
