How does a new member get in on the exchange?  It seems to be a major point 
of comradarie here.  The whole concept sounds creative, artistic and

Received a package in the mail today from Jim Fredrick...his first exchange.
 Jim, you're right on target ... a great spoon with a heart shaped bowl, a
grape vine handle and a colorful paint job.   This will make a colorful 
addition
to my growing collection.    And thanks to Matt Kelley for making it all
