Dan,
Joe is right about changing the business plan , or at least looking at
the plan. It seems to me that a long running 'show' often becomes stale
because of the predictability of vendors and the low rate of turnover of
attendees. In a nutshell, the same people come to shop year after year
and find the same vendors year after year. It may pay to spice the
schedule up a bit. Phil
