One of the first people who contacted me after I set up my website  was an 
interior designer.  The rich usually hire a decorator and listen to  what he or 
she has to say.  A wealthy friend of mine told me that they gave  their 
interior designer the go ahead to decorate with out them.  They  lived half the year 
in fla., half in New York.  They were in Fla while  their new york home was 
being done.  They only told him the styles and  colors that they preferred. 
While I would not dream of doing such a  thing and would want to pick out all my 
furniture and decorative  items, They told me that this is not unusual among 
their other wealthy  friends.  They don't care to be involved in the small 
details.  There  are those who do not decorate for themselves but to impress 
others who visit  their houses and they will take the word of their decorators as 
to what is "in"  and what is a "must have".  Why aren't we targeting the 
interior  designers.  If you can get one or two high dollar decorators interested in 
 woodcarvings, they will incorporate it into their designs and will push it 
to  their clients.  Just might start a trend.  Imagine that.
