Welcome to the prostate cancer (PCA) survivor club. Congratulations on
finally getting a definite diagnosis. Now you can get on with your treatment. I
am now 10 years & 2 months post operation and I continue to have a PSA of 0.0.
I can tell from your message that you have the most important ingredient for
a successful outcome, namely PMA: a Positive Mental Attitude. The other is FF:
a Fierce Frau who will not accept being a widow.
I suggest you go to the National Cancer Institute and download their
information on PCA. I also recommend the books on PCA by Sheldon Marks and
Patrick Walsh. The more you take charge of your treatment, the better your outcome
is likely to be. Meanwhile, keep carving.
