[Woodcarver] Disturbing News

Thank you, Paul, for letting us know of Lynn's most "disturbing news."  
We pray that Lynn's medical team will offer detailed answers to all of 
Lynn's questions so he and his loved ones can arrive at their decisions 
for treatment.  Our thoughts and prayers for their strength and courage 
are with all of them.

received on Friday evening.  To quote Lynn,

"I have been having a pain in my mid back on the right side for the past
couple of days with feeling a little queasy.
Bev and I went to Urgent Care thinking it may be a kidney or gall 
stones.
  Were totally unprepared for what follows.  After chest X-rays and two
cat scans, the gave us the news.  I have Renal carcinoma that has
attacked one kidney and went across the back and attached to a part of
the liver.  Due to the preliminary findings, they want to go after the
treatment very aggressively.  I am at a loss on what to think or do but
should hear from the myriad of Doctors on Monday."

Lynn gave me permission to share this disturbing news.  I know that he
will appreciate your thoughts and prayers.  I spoke with him a short
while ago and assured him that the Lord will provide the strength to get
