Hi Bill,

You actually didn't pay $6.50 a bd ft for your piece.

A 6 x 7 x 12 is 3.5 bd ft. Divide that into $16.50 and you come up with
$4.71 a bd ft.

It was cheaper than you thought! :o)

hi gene the wood for butternut would run about 6.50
per board foot and is gettin very had to get ones
hands on would like to get some of it myself if I can
find it last time I got it I had paid 16.50 for it and
it
is 6 x 7 x 12 which is the size of it. so this was
also smooth finished.
