Sounds like you have had an interesting tour of duty, its up to you to
decide if it was good or not. Like all tours there’s ups and downs. I now
have 25 years and looking forward to 35. Spent 4 years in Germany, tour of
Sierra Leone, Afghanistan, Rwanda, Honduras’s, and a couple other African
Nations. I finished the Petawawa Iron-man this year,52 Km run with 40 lb
rucksack in 7 hr 53 min 96 place out of 240, not bad for an old man, Well we
should get back to carving, Airborne Dick.

Well, Bing, I spent 27 years in the Army, 25 of these in SF. Started-off in
SF when it was first
organized... then it was the 10th. I bounced around in different Groups the
rest of the time
(6th, 7th, 8th) and was back in the 10th when I retired. Overseas SF service
was in Germany,
Panama, Korea, Vietnam, and 3 countries that shall remain nameless.
I didn't go to 30 years as back injuries and Agent Orange injuries wouldn't
let me.
