I've seen Joe's plowed fields and knew he would respond with good information.
Those fields looked really good too. I also asked the same question when I saw them.

Hi Lloyd,
I use a 60-degree V-tool for making the plowed rows. As I'm moving the
V-tool through the wood I rock it side to side so first one wing cuts and
than the other wing of the V-tool cuts. It leaves a texture that looks
uneven like clumps of dirt in a plowed field.
I'll email a photo of a field I'm working on now.
