Hi Rip,
The big problem with changing pricing based on what the people will pay is
that there is an obligation to protect the customer's investment. When a
customer payes a higher price for your work and finds out that it is being
sold at lower prices you've lost that customer plus all the people that
customer talks to.
The other problem is you never know the real value of your work. The real
value of your work is the price it sells for on a consistant bases.
