[Woodcarver] Move list "tagline" to bottom?

I was going to ask Bill this directly, but thought maybe the list might also
be interested.

This is in regards to the "DONATIONS..." line that is inserted before every
email on the list. Would it be possible to have that appended to the ends of
the posts instead? The reason I ask is that I've started using Google mail
and the webmail interface at work. Google does a nice thing (in my opinion
anyway) and shows the first line of every email right after the subject. I
find this very useful on other lists, since the discussions often stray from
the subject lines. But if we have the "DONATIONS..." line up front, that's
all that shows up in Google mail, so I never know what the rest is about.

And please don't view this as a complaint, just a possible improvement, if
the other users agree. There may be other Google users out there, and I know
most email programs have some "preview" function that may also benefit from
a change.
