[Woodcarver] Move list "tagline" to bottom?

Thanks for the suggestion. It's nice to know that the list is helpful
and appreciated :-)
About the "header"... it is placed where it is so people see it. If
it were reconfigured as a "footer" then is would appear below the
lengthy signatures of each message and be virtually invisible.
Since this list is supported completely by donations (without those
annoying ads that other lists "enjoy")... it is important to have a
"header" instead of a "footer" containing the DONATIONS link. I hope
you understand.
