Hi Sandie,
I just received a large box from Alex as Tony's supplies for his GOW class.
It sure is some great bark, carves up very nice. hehehe
Also there is a change in Gordon Sorensen's camping arrangements. He now has
a longer 5th wheel camper. It is 34-foot long. I can't wait to see the
project that Gordon is teaching here at the GOW. It sounds awesome.

I'm traveling right now in WY and MT. We stopped to
visit Alex Bissell in Billings, MT. He collects and
sells cottonwood bark and has beautiful stuff. He says
he has to carry the stuff quite ways to get it out and
he always has permission of the land owner to do so.
If you plan to collect on your own, be aware of where
you can and cannot collect. If you want some beautiful
stuff, stop and see Alex.
(Thanks again, Alex, for the hospitality.)
Sandie
