Tony Erickson has a CD of his instructions to carve Gnome homes. Within
that CD, is a good section on Phi and how it works, etc. Tony's website is:

Page 3 of his photo links offers the chance to buy his CD for a very
reasonable price. I took a class with Tony and he is an excellent
instructor and the CD was well worth it. The section on Phi is good and
very helpful in determining how to layout a carving with the proper
sense of balance.
