[Woodcarver] Cedar

Buddying up to the rangers and municipal officials is probably a good
idea.  There's constant sanitation cuts, and other harvesting going on
within the park to prevent forest fires and insect infestations.
Having a friend in the Parks Service might land a lot of wood in your
yard.
