[Woodcarver] Quilt Spuares -tools

Good Evening All,
    Is this a magazine Annie is referring to or a book?  I am interested in 
carved quilt squares also but haven't seen any specifically for carving.  I 
have tried to use cloth quilt squares but maybe they haven't been the very 
best (my skill or the pattern ? :).  Maybe this source is better?  Where can 
I see/get a copy?  Thanks for your help.

     What I would like to start with are the quilt squares I saw on page 64 
of this magazine I picked
     up called Ultimate Carving Patterns Collection.  It is relief carving 
with simple straight lines.  So,
     what you all recommend for tools and other supplies?
