[Woodcarver] Whatcha' carving...

Hi folks:

Presently, I am working on a relief (20" x 26") based on Hebrews 12:1...

"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of  
witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that  
so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked  
out for us."

The design is finished, the wood is laid up and carving will begin  
tomorrow.

This is the third carving I've done in an effort to render in wood  
the first two verses of Hebrew 12.

I can hardly imagine the naivety of my goal, in younger years, to  
carve all of scriptures in wood. If it takes three carvings to  
illustrate just two verses, then I suppose I'd need a number of  
lifetimes to render all of scriptures. Too soon old and too late smart!
