I remember that one right after my new haircut .... you made me sit there so
long I had to get another one right after.

Using mark is a great idea He is a good model for this purpose and we do NOT
know it all what our saviour looked like
I am waiting for a carving you using MARNIE as a model <<
Thanks, Jan.
I'm using butternut. I've used Marnie as the model for quite a few,
including "He's Late" the girl leaning against the house, and several
others.
I've sculpted Chris, too, so he shouldn't be pouting. I've posted the
sculpture of him in an album at

Seems people on the list are pretty busy with the Christmas season upon us.
I've been chopping away on a statue of St. Joseph for the church I've been
working on. I'm not nearly done yet, but I've posted progress pictures in
the first Picture Trail album at
http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/view?username=ivancarve
I used son Mark for the Jesus in the Stations. St. Joseph resembles my son
Rand. You carve what you know, thus, many of my generalized images resemble
family members.
