Ditto what Dick said. My two cents worth is to tung oil a sample/scrap
piece of the wood you carved, let it cure a bit, and then test the MinWax
stain on that first.

Keep on Carvin'

Is it possible to use (minwax) stain on something that has
already been coated with Formby's tung oil?

Thanks!!!
