[Woodcarver] Woodburners

Hello,

I have a variety of burning pens. The colwood replaceable tips use a socket
with solid contact points, as opposed to the slip-in type tips that slide
into the post. I feel the colwood replaceable tips are almost as good as
fixed tips. I also have a razertip pen with two posts and set screws to
attach custom made tips - you buy the wire, and customize it yourself.
Finally, there are a number of quality controllers out there. I like the
Razertip, and the Nibsburner I have is wonderful. Very nice people to deal
with at both company's, and the Nibs fixed tip pens are very comfortable to
use. My vote would go to Nibs.

Thanks,
Dan Heine
