I can relate to that.  I slipped on my wooden back porch and bounced down 
6steprs before landing on a brick walk.  Talk about color in your cheeks!  I 
was heading out one icy morning to warm up my wife's car before work.  Of 
course, I wasn't wearing beach thongs.  I was wearing - what else - 
slippers.  Is that how they got their name?
