[Woodcarver] pulley's help

hi folks,

am in the process of sculpturing a tree. my problem is i no longer have 4 strong men to help me move the tree as i work on it.  am looking for a simple pulley system to roll the log a bit at a time in order to work on it in the round..  have got it secure on two building horses. the size of the log is about 7 feet long and 60inches circumference. 
am thinking of using pulleys and a chain. any suggestions would be most welcomed.
