[Woodcarver] Enough "single vs digest form" discussion, OK?

Gentle Subscribers:
I think we can end the singles/digest discussion.
The format of the List will continue to offer both formats for every
subscriber to choose.
As I mentioned earlier, if anyone wants a web-based format for
sending/receiving/viewing messages, they will not find it on this
List. They will have to be satisfied with web-based archives of
messages,.. which by the way are pretty useful, too.
