[Woodcarver] basswood prices, fair or expensive???

 hi everyone,
  
  i found someone on the other side of finland that has a board of basswood.
  its not 1st. quality.
  its 12 feet long 2inches thick and 10 inches wide.
  he is asking a 120 dollars (100 euros) for it.
  including shipping.
  
  is it an good price or not, please some advise
