[Woodcarver] where is it?

I have been carving a little chrismas man from one of the mag.
we talked about them quit awahile a couple of years back.
I have the copy made that I use but can't find the mag. it's in

all he is is a pull over hat nose all coat hands in coat pockets he has the 
little ball at the end of his hat
they are folklore to good you good or bad  where is it?
