here are some pics from my google of Holstein cow.  They are dairy cattle and produce milk etc rather than meat.  I suspect this is a first for you.  HTW

  being a young man of 70 and raised in NYC,What is a Holstein cow?I need a pattern to make a pin ,but I always thought a cow is a cow ............... the other pin he wants is an elephant which I'm sure ill have no problem locating.But if any of you country guys or gals could help me out on a Holstein cow this city boy would appreciate it          thanks ....Irwin R
