[Woodcarver] New Carvings Photos posted

Just letting everyone know that I posted some new photos of carvings in my 
picturetrail albums.  The link to my albums is:

Three of the new photos are in the "Carvings" album and are of an Elk Pair 
that I just completed in February.  I had done a similar carving in a class 
with Curt Curtis a couple of years ago.  A carving friend of mine really 
liked it so I did the new to lead him through the process of doing it.  This 
time I got to spend more time on the base and I like this one better than 
the first (there are still some photos of it in the album).

Two of the new photos are in the "Bark Carvings" album.  Same friend wanted 
me to show him how to do a spirit face in bark and this is the one I did as 
I lead him through the process.  I had really let the carving languish last 
year and am glad to be doing a bit more of it again.  It helps to have an 
eager carving friend who wants to carve with me all day once a week - not 
sure what I will do next - probably finish a bear head mask that I started a 
long time ago.
