I have one of these (a lefty) and it is my favorite tool.  I have a 
multitude of tools to carve with, but I use this 80% of the time.  Over my 
lunch hour, on business trips, camping, sitting on the deck drinking a 
beer.  I struggled for a long time over the price, but now I have a brand 
new one in the drawer as a back up just in case.  While not as comfortable 
as many of my other knifes, I have no problem using is for hours.  I just 
pocket it and can carver anytime at any place.

Get one, you will like it
