Some of both, Tom. Initially it went after my digestive system (lost 97 
pounds in 6 months).
After that was controlled, it went after the skin...lesions. They are going 
to double the main MED,
in hopes that it helps, but they don't sound that it will do much good.
FWIW - the main medicine that I take would cost $5400 a month if I didn't 
have insurance.
