Hi,

I got a terrific Santa ornament from Steve Springer in the mail 
yesterday.  It is a wonderful carving from Steve and a great addition to 
my collection.  Thanks Steve!

in addition, with all the nice words around Marilyn and the article in 
the paper, I have one of her wonderful chip carved eggs that I got back 
in the summer of 2001 in the exchange.  While I haven't seen the 
article, I can look at her work and know she deserves all the great 
comments she has gotten.
