I cannot do anything with the message below.  So I shall rewrite it  
here.

"A person by the name of Donnie Kelley, of St Cloud, has been requesting
donations of tools for carving.  We, The Central Minnesota  
Woodcarvers, have
had at least 7 inquiries from carvers across the country about this  
man.  We
have tried to locate him by stopping by and calling.  He does not  
answer the
door or phone. He has not asked for help locally.  We do not think  
that his
request is legitimate".

Unless you can confirm that this fellow is "legitimate", then DO NOT
send ANYTHING to him. God has called us to be wise in our
stewardship, not gullible!
