In response to your polite mention that this is your "SECOND  
REQUEST", typically those who subscribe to a mailing list have the  
means and the ability to unsubscribe themselves. Information on how  
to "un-subscribe" is always sent to the person in the form of a  
confirmation-of-subscription message. You received one of these  
messages immediately after you confirmed your subscription... that  
is, the day you joined the List. It is also the responsibility of  
subscribers to keep this information handy in the event that they  
wish to leave the List.
