Hi Annie,

It is likely the way Hotmail displays the message.  Most of the
people here write in HTML so the message is sent with 4 parts,
HTML, text, the blurb at top re donations, and the blurb at the
bottom re unsubscribing.  I don't get them as attachments but I
do get them as a 4 part message with tabs.  With all HTML
messages, I have to select the "text" tab to read the message.
I imagine Hotmail shows them as attachments.

At any rate, the attachments should be clean but you likely do
not need to open them.
