Thanks!  As Bill Judt duly noted, it's the coffee.  Full bodied, dark roast, to be exact.  (I hear they now consider it a "health drink.")  

But you also need music to establish a rhythm and flow.  We never want carving to be "work."  That not only spoils the fun but it ruins the product.

    I never would have caught any of it if it was at the same speed as the clip we previewed earlier.LOL
