Lori- that explains a lot. I think OCD would come in handy for someone who want to do as perfect a job as you do with your birds. You also need a bit if perfectionism and obsession to do all the work necessary to make books the way you do. The illustrations  alone are worth the price of your books- but then you also show how to do every little detail to make the birds sing. Everyone should be so lucky!

Great issue once again! Mike...thank you SO much for the book
reviews! If you don't mind, I would like to print it off and send a
copy to Denny Rogers (he doesn't have any interest in computers, so he
won't see it on line...lol)..



Also, please pass on to Mr. Blair kudos on his "Wrong Shoe?" essay...I
absolutely LOVED it...it really hit home...I found myself saying "YES!
How TRUE!" to so many of his points...being on BOTH sides...

By the way...when I DO wear shoes, I put the right one on first...and
if I accidentally put the left on first, I'm convinced my day will be
jinxed unless I take it off, and put the right one on....FIRST...but
since it wasn't first in the first place, I still have a nagging
feeling my day is wrecked...so I just go back to bed...

(OK, all this time I thought it was a quirk of my obsessive/compulsive
disorder...but now I wonder...lolol...[Yes. I really DO have OCD])...
