[Woodcarver] Greyhound patterns

Can anyone direct me to a source for patterns and, if possible, instructions 
for carving greyhounds in the round? (I have two large live examples sleeping 
at my feet, but I am looking for something smaller and more manageable.) 
      I will be going in to the hospital Tuesday to have some spine surgery 
that is suposed to make my legs work better so carving might be a good way to 
pass the time.
