[Woodcarver] (no subject)

Where do you get all of your patterns. I need some for beginners. 
I love the feeling of working with wood, but need to get me some more equipment to cut out the basic patterns before you start carving.

Not sure wich way you want to carve 
But I suggest you start with caricatures and buy the book called " Scandinavian Style Woodcarving" By Harley Refsal 
And all the tools you need is a knife 
Do NOT buy to many tools at the start Get you self familiar with wood and knife and I am sure you'll do well 
If there is a carving club in your nneighborhood join it 
Or try to take some binner lessons
