[Woodcarver] why

Where has all the traffic on the carving lists gone.  There was a time  when 
i could'nt keep up with all the posts, now nothing.  What gives.   Newr seemed 
to also have a lot less in attendance this year.  The two local  shows I 
attended were also much smaller.  Is there something going on,  something in the w
ater? killing the carvers off??  I can't blame it on the  season as I have 
noticed this trend for a while now.  my carving group is  holding steady and 
actually reclaiming some of its old members. So whats  up....any thoughts.  How is 
carving in your part of the world, dying or  thriving.  Exactly what is the 
state of woodcarving in america today  ???
