[Woodcarver] Hair Ideas, Anyone??

Dean:

The tools you describe are called "stamping tools" (my term), and the
pattern filed into the end of them is called a cross-hatch pattern,
make with a 1/4" triangle file.

My fifth book (on CD only) has a tutorial on making these stamping
tools, and using them effectively as well. Go to:
