Hi David,
You could try deleting Netscape and then reloading it from the Microsoft 
site. Or if you know the name of the file that is causing the error, it may 
list it when the error occurs you can use regedit to delete it. If you want 
to know how send me a message of the woodcarver site and I can tell you how.
