The leader of the Veteran¹s Memorial Cane Project is Jack Nitz.  He can be

has the downloadable pattern for the Eagle Head topper.

It is a very worthwhile project.  I have sent out about 30 canes so far and
have received some heart rendering replies from those contacted.
