ned ,
Love your noahs ark.....Your grandaughters are so lucky!!
If your looking for patterns try this site for ideas " google .com "and click on images........ then put in saddles for your search word, or boots hats etc. .I tried saddles and the first page has exactly what you might be looking for... I get a lot of reference from the google images, some are free and some are copyrited. Maybe it will help or give you some links
Linda

I just finished a large Noah's Ark with a ramp, removable cabin/deck with hinged roof and eleven pairs of animals for my grandaughters age 2 and 4. I mostly do Celtic love spoons in basswood, butternut, cedar, and mahogany. I am in the process of designing some spoons with Western themes. If anyone can direct me to some traditional Western designs such as saddles, boots, hats, cacti, wagon wheels I would appreciate it.
