[Woodcarver] sanding

I am a very new woodcarver, I started really carving around Christmas and I
have been making a bowl with two levels the bottom level has major
undercutting and I am finding it hard if not impossible to reach it with my
hands to sand it and my power sander is also to big to fit how do I fit a
sanding tool in and what tool should I use and how do I make it/get it?
